We offer our customers four different shipping methods and a possibility to collect the product personally from the main warehouse.
Regardless the transportation method, price of product or quantity of products, in Home4you the transportation is FREE from 900€ ALL OVER ESTONIA!
We offer following transportation services
"Courier all over Estonia"
If your order has been paid for and goods are available in stock, the courier will contact you within 1-3 working days to agree on the time of delivery of the goods. The price of the service is 9.90€ for purchases up to 199€. The price of the service is 19.90€ for purchases worth 200€ to 899€.
From a purchase of 900€, transport is free.
Delivery takes place only on working days from 11.00 to 18.00 in Tallinn and Harju County. Outside of Harju County we offer transportation from 09.00 to 17.00.
In case of special orders, the approximate delivery date will be indicated on the invoice.
* For special orders, the invoice will indicate the approximate time of arrival of the product.
* Free shipping does not apply to product samples already unpacked in stores.
"Courier in Harju County"
Now it is possible to order additional transportation to the desired location in the room (we use a two-man courier team in case it is needed) in Tallinn and Harju County. Transportation will be performed within the agreed time and the price of this service is 39,90€.
In our stores it is also possible to order transportation for product samples for a fee. The price of this service is 24,90€.
Outside of Harju County we offer transportation to the front door of your house.
"Order to parcel machine"
The goods will be delivered to the parcel machine of your choice once you have paid for your order. The administrator of the parcel terminal notifies you with a message if the goods have reached the desired parcel terminal. The price of this service is 3,99€. From a purchase of 49€, transport to the parcel machine is free.
Generally, this is done within 1-3 working days from payment for the order.
In case of special orders, the approximate delivery date will be indicated on the invoice.
If you want receive the parcel in the evening or during the weekend then the best solution is to order your order to a parcel terminal.
"Collect the product from the central warehouse"
You can collect the goods ordered by you from our central warehouse starting from the next business day after the order is paid for. If you wish to collect your order immediately then please contact our customer service https://www.home4you.ee/en/e-shop/contacts/
The warehouse is open on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:30
In case of special orders, the approximate delivery date will be indicated on the invoice.
You can come and collect your order at the address Linamäe 12, Tänassilma Technological Village, Saku Parish. Our central warehouse is located at the border of the city of Tallinn, Tänassilma Tehnological Village.
"Transport + disposal"
As an extra service we offer transportation and disposal of an old item when buying a bed, a sofa or an armchair from Home4you web shop.
Delivery of new and old items are free. Disposal of old item costs 69€.
Outside of Harjumaa we offer the service from door to door, i.e. the removal and positioning of the old/new items within the house is still the customer's responsibility.
